What we do
Who we are
We are a group of hardworking, ethical, responsible people with a passion for the challenge of growing a company in the international electronics market.
We aim to better the lives of our customers, employees, communities, and vendors by seeking mutually beneficial relationships that embody integrity, service, and respect.
We are a team that values balance, structure, and rigor in our everyday tasks, and we love working together to accomplish our goals.
"I wanted to work for a growing, small company. A company that saw the world through different eyes. One that cared about their employees and community before the bottom line. A place that I could use my background and experiences to contribute to the growth of the company and help my coworkers be excited about turning something small into something huge!"
We CREATE job roles around individuals. We won’t try and fit you into a box. Embrace the multiplicity of your passions as we build a job that works with the way you are wired. Here are some areas of concentration-but don't feel limited if your interests include other areas.
We've been waiting for someone like you.
We are currently hiring for our
Product Development Apprenticeship!
If you are excited to learn, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and work well on a team, we want you on our team. The PD Apprenticeship gives new team members an immersive experience into all areas of the business with hands-on learning and the ability to see a product come to life—prototype to reality.
You don't need any experience to apply--just a bachelors degree in business, entrepreneurship, electronics/mechanical/manufacturing engineering, or something similar...and a knack for fidgeting with cars, computers, or other mechanical projects.
Include your resume, a cover letter describing your top 5 passions, and your favorite electronic item (and why!)
It's as easy as sending us an email!
What happens after you send your email?
Step 1: We send you questions for a writing sample and the Strengths Finder test
Step 2: Team interview
Step 3: (Some roles may require a working interview here)
Step 4: Offer letter
A job and a company take your time, energy, and emotional space every day. If it gives back all that you put in, it's worth it. We believe work should be a two-way street.
